The project, presented by “Home World Alanya”, will be realized in Yedikul and consists of 125 apartments and 23 commercial units. With an area between 63 and 348 m², it offers apartment variants from 1+1 to 6+1 on a 41,000 m² plot.
Payment options: With the option of paying the deposit when the apartment is handed over, the offer offers the advantage of not starting installment payments until 2022. In the event of a 10% reservation fee during the conclusion of the contract, a deposit of 40% will be paid upon handover. Special financing is offered for the remaining amount with the same repayment conditions and 48 monthly installments, starting from the 13th month. When paying in cash, a discount of 20% is granted.
Located in a historic peninsula, the project aims to preserve historic structures for the future. It is considered as a low-rise project and is presented as a 3-story building with a height of 12 meters. In the project there are 1+1 apartments with a gross size of 99 m² and a net size of 65 m², as well as 2+1 apartments with a gross size of 174 m² and a net size of 135 m². Historical elements from the old cerium workshops in the neighborhood are presented in an open-air exhibition concept. The project was launched in April 2020 and is located next to the Yedikule Dungeons, the Yedikule Animal Shelter and opposite the Yedikule Gasworks.
